Monday – Friday  8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Office closes at 3:00 pm the day before every holiday

Effective Immediately – Price Decrease for State of PA Fingerprinting
Beginning 9/14/10 fingerprinting fees for PA applicants are reduced by $3.00.
The fee is now $33.00 for a FBI background check.
Applicants that registered for background checks prior to 9/14/10 but printed on 9/14 10 or later will not receive a $3.00 credit or refund.
Applicants that registered for background check prior to 9/14/10 but have yet to be printed may cancel their old $36.00 registration and re-register at the new $33.00 fee.
PDE applicants (only) may still purchase a copy of their criminal history for $2.50.

Please do not overwhelm the service by sending large groups of applicants to the locations.  If you have a large group of applicants to fingerprint, please contact the fingerprint site and plan for their arrival to occur over days and weeks, not hours.  The fingerprint site may have a preferred method for handling large groups of applicants.

Directions to your facility

 

From I-79. Exit 113 (Grove City Exit).  Rt. 208 East to Grove City (approximately 4 miles).  Turn right at 1st traffic light onto Main Street.  Proceed straight through 2nd & 3rd traffic lights.  Continue 5 blocks beyond 3rd traffic light.  Turn right onto Maple Street.  MIU 4 is located at end of Maple Street.  Parking available.
